Agreement

By accessing or using Operon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

Description of Service

Operon is an AI Workforce Operating System provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform by DLB Technologies LLC. The platform deploys coordinated AI agents across organizational departments to execute business outcomes within governed, multi-tenant environments.

Account Registration

To use Operon, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted.

Subscription & Payment

• Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• All new accounts include a 14-day free trial with full platform access
• Prices may change with at least 30 days written notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Operon to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws
• Harm, harass, or infringe upon the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure

Intellectual Property

Operon and all its components — including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation — are the exclusive property of DLB Technologies LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of your data and content uploaded to the platform. By using Operon, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Operon is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including AES-256 encryption, multi-tenant isolation, and tamper-evident audit logging. We do not sell your data.

Service Level

We aim for 99.9% uptime for the Operon platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLB Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will remain available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Norfolk, Virginia.
